Lovely staff, delicious food, tasty cocktails, plenty of choice for gluten free, massive portions, brilliant value for money. Used the itison deal. Will definitely be back

Gluten Free Afternoon tea at Metropolitan in Glasgow 👎 I DO NOT recommend it. My sister said her non GF version was lovely. Sandwiches were nice, bread soft and lots of filling. Chicken on a skewer was ok. Top tier- scone was brick hard and had a horrible taste to it, one bite was one too many, the dollop of what I think may have been clotted cream was hard. Wee dish had whipped cream,1 blueberry and 1 raspberry , odd item (non GF had same) Middle tier - mini cakes, the chocolate swirl iced one was dry but edible as was the little square one. The mini carrot cake was brick hard and dry and I could barely cut through the mini choc muffin, gave up on it. It was an Itison voucher so thankfully not an expensive one.
