Mi Casa Toasteria Milano

Not a positive experience. I ask for gluten-free bread (which is on the menu) and I receive two sandwiches (I wouldn't call them toast) both made up of a slice of toast-type bread and the initial and final slice of sandwich bread, 1 cm high. They bring the 'sandwich' to the table with the 1cm slice already broken and it had absolutely not been grilled. The height makes it difficult to bite. The presentation of the 'toast' was completely different from the photographic one of the menu. I tell the waitress what I wrote and she replies '...I'm sorry but that's how it is', turns her back on me and goes away. She comes back after a few minutes and, very annoyed, puts the box for the doggy bag on the table next to me. I ate one out of two out of hunger, when I bit it I could only taste bread, zero sauce and little or no flavour. A disappointment.

Friendly, familiar and well-prepared staff, in short...excellent. Fantastic atmosphere, welcoming. There is a great variety of proposals for every type of need (vegans, celiacs, etc...). The products are fresh....I will be back
