Midnight Sun Cakery

Our wedding cake was GORGEOUS. It was exactly what we had imagined and tasted amazing as well. We were even able to get a smaller gluten free cake to match. We can’t thank Midnight Sun enough for exceeding our expectations.

I ordered a personal sized cake for my birthday. For the last two years I haven't had cake at all because I developed Celiac Disease, the one where you can't eat gluten, so I just decided it wasn't worth the trauma of getting sick. Yes, there are gluten free box mixes, but they're all terrible. I was so happy to have Midnight Sun Cakery make my birthday cake this year. It was a gluten free lemon cake with raspberry filling and a chocolate ganache for the frosting. Every bite was a bit of heaven, and the best part was, i didn't get sick afterwards.
