Midwood Smokehouse

Fantastic BBQ and service. It was our first time here, and Aaliyah helped us with the menu, explained the gluten-free options, and even recommended a few of her favorites. There were only 2 of us, but we ended up ordering ribs, burnt ends, and brisket. Sides were coleslaw, bacon wrapped jalapeños, and broccoli casserole. Let's just say that as I am writing this review, I am sitting in a lounge chair with my belt loosened, sliding peacefully into a BBQ coma. Best BBQ I have had in quite a while. Don't sleep on this one.

Even though it was lunchtime at, it wasn't overly crowded. The hostess greeted me with a warm smile and seated me right away. My server, Curtis, was a lifesaver! He patiently helped me navigate the gluten-free menu, even double-checking ingredients with the kitchen for peace of mind. Thanks to his attentiveness, I was comfortable eating here (the roasted wings were fantastic!). Shoutout to JC too, who checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Great service all around!
