I was so excited to try Burtons with their huge gluten free menu, but I was really disappointed. I ordered an appetizer of the bread and it was so tough and dry. Still, I was excited for my entree. I ordered a warm lobster roll with fries. The fries were AMAZING. I actually have a hard time finding good GF fries but theirs were fantastic—which is why I gave 2 stars. The lobster was okay but the bun was pretty gross. The whole thing was just dry and not flavorful at all. The service was not good either :( I got 1 refill after eating most of my meal without a drink (except the table water), and we sat there for 30 minutes waiting to pay. Hopefully today was just an off day for them but based on my experience today, I don’t recommend it.

Went in today.... I am Gluten-free and Dairy Free. They had good Gluten-free option
... but as you know, Italian is difficult for anything good that's Dairy-free. We ended up deciding to leave. The waiter was fabulous. Took his time going through the menu to help us. I wish I could have tried the food. Great staff. Thanks for taking the time to really try. I have them 5 star for efforts.
