Hangover hash is PHENOMENAL. Seriously so dang good. It's hearty and filling but doesn't leave you feeling gross and heavy. Our waiter James was attentive and definitely pointed me in the right direction when I asked for some menu guidance. They had veggie healthy options for my friend on a restrictive diet and gluten free options for my other friend. Highly recommend

This was our first visit to Flying Biscuit. It will be hard not to go back here every time in Charlotte! I got the southern eggs Benedict (biscuit halves layered with bacon, homemade pimento cheese, eggs, hollandise and basil). To die for! My husband got chicken chorizo hash (breakfast potatoes, peppers, tomatillo salsa, cheese and eggs). GO HERE IF: You’re looking for hearty breakfast options, gluten free/vegan options, laid back environment, cocktails and unique yet practical choices. This is for people who just like GOOD food! DON’T GO if you’re seeking a posh small plate style meal.
