Mignone Cakes

Monica was such a delight to work with. From our first meeting she lead the tasting demonstrating her professionalism and knowledge in the area. The was incredibly helpful as my husband and I had no idea where to start or what to expect. The cake… oh my goodness it was so delicious! All our guest enjoyed the cake. It looked so beautiful. Monica also made us some gluten free cupcakes for guest who had allergies. Those cupcakes were so delicious too! Would highly recommended Monica’s if you are looking for a beautiful and tasty cake.

My husband and I ordered our wedding cake from Monica at Mignone Cakes and it was absolutely beautiful. We met with Monica, who was very professional and had great ideas of her own as well as interpretations of inspo pics that we showed her. I did choose to change our design after our meeting and Monica wasn't at all disgruntled and worked with me. We had a tasting of the fillings and couldn't choose a favourite so we had different flavours for each tier of our cake. The final result was spectacular to look at. The detail with the lace was just amazing. There was very little left over and all our guests raved about how delicious and light the the cake was and how they had more than 1 piece. Monica was also able to cater for my dietary requirements by making a batch of gluten/dairy free cupcakes so that I wouldn't miss out on having cake at my wedding. A beautiful cake baked and decorated by a beautiful person!
