Absolutely fantastic experience at The Albion in Kyneton! The service was excellent from the moment we walked in, and they were incredibly accommodating with dietary requirements â a huge relief as Iâm a coeliac. The staff took it seriously and made me feel completely safe and looked after. Special mention to Lila, who was an absolute gem â warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!
Perfectly seasoned fried gluten free chicken, excellent sides, margarita was great, very friendly fast service, slaaaaay!!! Even the lighting was nice.
I had the pleasure of trying the thai red curry inspired FishAmok pie.
Let me tell you, that it was just incredible. The award winning bakery is worth a shot if you haven't been.
There is a wonderful menu.
Vegan , vegetarian, gluten free, desserts... so much more. Try it.

Monica was such a delight to work with. From our first meeting she lead the tasting demonstrating her professionalism and knowledge in the area. The was incredibly helpful as my husband and I had no idea where to start or what to expect. The cake⊠oh my goodness it was so delicious! All our guest enjoyed the cake. It looked so beautiful. Monica also made us some gluten free cupcakes for guest who had allergies. Those cupcakes were so delicious too! Would highly recommended Monicaâs if you are looking for a beautiful and tasty cake.
We had a beautiful shared meal at Dhaba on Good Friday. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere with attentive staff. There were plenty of gluten free options and everything tasted amazing.
New fave spot in Kyneton. Yummmmm. Food was really well priced for the quality (which was amazing). The restaurant was such a nice vibe with retro Asian decor. Quick service, very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options.
Will look forward to returning!
Had lunch here and it was great. The outside courtyard is charming and there's lots of gluten free options. Jessie the cavoodle was very welcome. We loved it.
When entering the store, we were greeted with a fresh smile by a young employee and another staff member, who instantly offered samples as she was on her way out of the shop, while also she was checking in on the staff member assisting us. (Assuming might be the owner or just a very kind manager)
Thatâs when I knew, I wouldnât be leaving empty handed haha
The gift boxes are a great treat and I will keep them in mind for future events for family and friends.
I walked out with
-Almond clusters coated in white chocolate
-Yuzu coconut clusters
-Peppermint crackle clusters
All of the above were great!
Plus they had Gluten Free options!
Itâs the initial greeting that can leave a lasting impression on the experience. Which is why I made my way around the store, disregarding the prices of products, but excited by the range available.
Made for a great sweet treat for the afternoon!
Thank you
Everything you expect.
Stopped in on a cold winter's day after a morning walk around Kyneton.
Really friendly happy staff clearly passionate about what they are doing.
Fast hot a very tasty toasties with gluten free option and real leaf Chai.
There is also a small Beautique clothing store and indoor seating.
We tried Social Foundry for the first time today and it looks like itâll be our default place to go for a gluten free midday meal when we are in the area. My wife is a coeliac, so it is critical that she avoids gluten. There were quite a few gf options and the staff were incredibly switched on in terms of dietary issues. They were a lovely young bunch and the operation is 100% free from profit with proceeds going to support local youth opportunities. For us, itâs such an obvious win/win and great to know that youâre supporting the local youth. Weâll be back for sure!
