NOT your place for safe dining if you have food allergies and diet restrictions! Our server said "I'll have to ask the chef", and the chef's reply was "If it says gluten free on the menu, then it's gluten free". ALL STOP. I tried looking for anything that resembles a gluten free prep station? If it's there, I didn't see it. ymmv.

Very nice looking location, came for my daughters birthday. It wasn't easy finding a gluten friendly sushi place but these guys knocked it out of the park for my wife that has celiac. Ordered an unagi donburi, very well presented but found lacking for the price. They made a real crab California roll for $4 add on charge, and made gluten free teriyaki. Their work is really good. I could nit pick but this is the only place I'll be coming for sushi.
