I was very excited to try out this restaurant due to its variety of gluten free options, however, the service was so awful that I cannot in good faith recommend this restaurant due to the lack of customer service and hygiene issues.
Our server, Carlos, provided very sub par service. He very infrequently checked in to take our order, to answer our questions, and delivered the wrong order to our table. He lacked professionalism when we brought to his attention a curly black hair in one of our dishes (Rollo de Pollo), he did not apologize and simply picked up the dish and walked away. He did not check on our table again for the rest of the night, and we had to wave him down and ask for the bill. Despite finding the hair we did not receive an apology, no discount or comp for the cost of the dish on the bill even though a portion was tossed due to the hair.
Unfortunately our experience dampened the evening, and it is unfortunate that poor customer service is possibly preventing other patrons from a lovely evening as well at this restaurant.
