Milwaukee Brat House

Our recent visit to Milwaukee Brat House was disappointing, especially after having previously enjoyed good service. We brought my sister and brother-in-law along, excited to share the great food and service we had raved about. However, our experience quickly soured when my sister, who has celiac disease, asked if the fries were gluten-free. The bartender/server's response was shockingly rude and dismissive, saying she had no idea and to "Google it," which was completely uncalled for. This embarrassing interaction left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed, especially considering we had recommended the place based on previous positive experiences. Hopefully, they can improve their staff's knowledge and professionalism to avoid such incidents in the future

Went to the brat house after a concert at fiserv for late night eats and drinks. It was very busy of course but we were well tended to. I got a brat and fries (no bun due to gluten sensitivity) and it was great! The tots were also good. We had several staff stop by our table (that opened up just before our food came). Was a good experience we will be back!
