Our server was great and I was happy that they had a gluten free menu . I have celiacs so it was nice to clear up any confusion . They do not have a dedicated fryer if anyone is concerned with cross contamination . Personally I was fine and the food was great . They have these crispy rice coated shrimp and they were excellent ! They also have a selection of soups made with rice noodles that I want to go back and try . Ooo and don't forget your Boba tea !
Every bite and sip was superb along with the service and ambience. We ordered everything gluten free and will be sure to return in the future. Wonderful date night!
Great restaurant for a casual but upscale meal. Plan to get 2-3 plates per person. As a party of 2 with a drink each, an appetizer, 4 plates and a dessert, we spent around $150. Most of their dishes can be prepared gluten free and the staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating for diners with celiac.
I brought a party to the Harbour House for two special occasions because it’s on the water one of the few restaurants in Milwaukee. Being a vegan and gluten-free, I knew it was not the best choice for me, but for such an occasion to only be able to have a salad and potatoes was disappointing to say the least. I realize it’s mainly a seafood restaurant but options outside of that were so limited That it was almost laughable. The food that everyone else had was very good. One of our servers was so incredibly friendly, and the other was annoyed that I asked for alternative milk and also that I had to order just sides. I will not be going back ever, but but it is not to say it is not a good experience for people who eat animals.

Great atmosphere. I understand that it's where you can get about the best pint of Guinness in Milwaukee. I do wish they would make the gravy gluten free like they do in Ireland - it's an easy fix
Had lunch here with my husband and our toddler. They do have a kids menu, you just have to ask. Options are either chicken tenders or grilled cheese with fruit or chips. He can be picky but we ordered him the chicken with fruit and he liked it. I had the sesame ginger chicken sandwich. I am gluten free and our waiter was knowledgeable and ensured my meal was safe for me. I’d definitely go back and try something else.
Wow! Went to Maharaja with my family for Father’s Day and was completely blown away. There are a couple allergies in my family, and the staff here went so above and beyond with Gluten Free and Dairy Free accommodations. I had the Chicken Tikka Masala with two different types of fresh bread. 10/10, some of my favorite Indian food I’ve had. The service was outstanding as well. It is clear that they take great pride in this place and truly care for the customer experience. I will be back many more times. Thanks!
Just excellent!! Food was outstanding!! Service was great. I'm not a fan of Italian food but I will definitely be back to try more dishes. Plenty of gluten free options too. Staff is very knowledgeable about issues with celiac. Loved it
Fun place with plenty of seating. Great outdoor seating options. Enjoyed our flight, especially the creamsicle.
We also got a kids pizza and a gluten-free vegan supreme pizza and it was perfect. Can’t wait to come back.
I unfortunately have a glass stomach (gluten and lactose intolerance). Staff, including our waitress, Gennifer, went way out of her way to make sure my order was safe to eat - triple checking on little details like seasoning and sauces with the chef.
I ultimately had the halibut which was great. Family really enjoyed their pasta and pizza.
Very much enjoyed my lunch here yesterday. Was greeted right away and was able to sit down immediately. Water was brought to me and only a very small wait until my order was taken. The burger was great and cooked to my request. The gluten free bun was also very good. Recommend!
The food and service was great. Truly southern, as promised. Several gluten free options as well. Conveniently located near ample parking and other downtown attractions.
Our recent visit to Milwaukee Brat House was disappointing, especially after having previously enjoyed good service. We brought my sister and brother-in-law along, excited to share the great food and service we had raved about. However, our experience quickly soured when my sister, who has celiac disease, asked if the fries were gluten-free. The bartender/server's response was shockingly rude and dismissive, saying she had no idea and to "Google it," which was completely uncalled for. This embarrassing interaction left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed, especially considering we had recommended the place based on previous positive experiences. Hopefully, they can improve their staff's knowledge and professionalism to avoid such incidents in the future
My wife has celiac disease, so it's hard for us to find food when we go out to dinner on a whim but it was nice to see they had gluten-free pizza and it was incredible! There wasn't much else that we could order but the 12-inch "raging redhead" pizza was top notch. I would suggest ordering it as an individual meal though! Our food did take nearly 45 minutes but the wait was worth it, we will be back.
American brunchers will love it, and foodies looking for interesting fusions will love it. The sweet potato chili crisp waffle was delightful, the ube cheesecake was light and sweet, the pancakes fluffy and buttery. Also, a surprising amount of gluten free options.
I have been hunting for a place to get some good sashimi in Milwaukee for years since returning from the West coast, and had given up until, finally, my wife suggested we stop in to Sushi Yuki. I am not exaggerating when I say this is the best fish outside of California to the very best of my knowledge. It was bar none the most wonderful experience we've had anywhere in the city I've loved for years, from the service (shoutout to Sae!) to the atmosphere (the other guests were delightful and the patio was beautiful). The food was simply sublime (I recommend the ikura and the salmon cheek especially, that ikura was divine). You absolutely must come here—I know I will be returning, and soon.
I ought to note that I have celiac disease, and they handled it completely without issue, and the menu is both clearly marked and accurate for gluten-free options.
I really enjoyed the Jambalaya, but my partner said the brisket was a bit dry... Service was fast, friendly, and accommodating. I wish they had a gluten free menu to make it easier on the wait-staff and customers. Our server did great, but I can see how that can be difficult for them. Please keep the GF PEACH COBBLER! It was divine. ✨👏🍑
I was thoroughly impressed! This was my first time dining here, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Neil was incredibly kind and patient, especially with our large group. He took the time to understand our needs and made sure everyone felt taken care of. I really appreciated how he accommodated my gluten-free restriction with a thoughtful alternative. His service—and the entire team’s—was exceptional. I’ll definitely be back and can’t wait to try the Belle-Hélène again!
Everything was excellent! Our server was very attentive. My husband is GF and the server explained everything that could be made gluten free. Love how a chef delivers the food to the table. We started with warms olives and feta, meatballs, and the whipped cheese. It was all delicious. My husband ordered the Branzino GF. They subbed Broccolini for the cous cous. He said it was amazing!! My BIL ordered Hanger Steak and said it was fantastic. Didn't even need a steak knife to cut it. My SIL and I both ordered pizzas. She said her Margherita was really good. I enjoyed my Truffle pizza. The only thing I would add to mine would be a hot honey drizzle or something just to round out the flavor. But it was still very good and large. Looking forward to the leftovers.
The cocktails were also fun and inventive. The Montebello was delicious. And I was told that the Fig Old Fashioned was great too.
We walked around after dinner and then came back to the bar for dessert. The chocolate dessert is GF (can't remember the name). My husband enjoyed it. I tried the Butter cake with toffee ice cream. It was sinfully delicious. I was just too full to finish. It brought me back to when I was kid a Christmas time....(like the flashback in Ratatouille 🩷) I wish I could have finished. If we are ever in Milwaukee again, we will definitely be back!!!
My husband and I spent an afternoon at Crossroads Collective and had a lovely time. We had a couple of drinks and sat at the bar at The Pharmacy. The drinks were delicious. We shared several plates/items from a few different restaurants. It was nice to be able to try things from a few different places and not feel like we were breaking the bank doing so. The Caprese salad from Egg & Flour was incredible. If you are looking for gluten free fare, there are a few options at some the restaurants, including gluten free empanadas from Triciclo Peru.
Riley's is a unicorn in Milwaukee. The food is amazing and they keep adding more great options (including gluten free) to the menu. They offer some of the best (and most consistent) cocktails in town. You can bring your dogs and the entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome every time you walk in the door. Keep up the great work!
Great spot for grabbing a quick bite, studying, working remotely all day, it just hanging out. You can tell that the owner - a great community member - put a lot of thought into the space. There’s something here for everyone - in terms of food (vegan, gluten free), drinks (NA drinks), and space.
I especially like the idea of the speakeasy down stairs. You can rent it out with friends on the weekends.

I loved the vibe of this place! Very classic long wood bar with bench seating opposite the bar. The food was beyond amazing, with many gluten free options. Our server was friendly, funny, and quick witted. Will definitely return!!
Visited for the first time today inbetween running errands. We were immediately greeted by the bartender, who we found out is owner or part owner. The place is well designed— very open and thought out down to their gold silverware which compliments their logo on their hardcover menus. We came strictly for drinks, but then after checking out their food menu had to get their jalapeno popper pizza (pictured) all the drinks were delicious and made with housemade syrups. Well balanced— you can catch every note in each drink. Very well done. Back to the pizza— we got it on a gluten free crust. VERY impressive. As someone who has been gluten free for nearly 9 years, it was one of, if not the best gluten free pizza crust I’ve ever had. Will be back here again!
