Mimi & Jones

Went based on reviews and we were not disappointed. Cute and cozy little diner with a retro aesthetic. Very clean with a direct line of sight to the kitchen, which was also clean and tidy looking. Our server was super friendly and polite. We had 2 Mimis (1 gluten free) with a lemonade and fries. The burgers were delicious! Most home made vegan patties are either too soft (and wet) or too dry. This was just right. Toppings and spicy mayo were great (super thin pickle slices were a nice touch). The fries are some of the best shoestring/julienne style we've had. Super crispy and perfectly seasoned! Grabbed 2 milkshakes on the way out and they were awesome! Sweet, super creamy, but not heavy and sickly. Just right. They didn't skimp on the toppings either. Absolutely recommend this place! Definitely coming back next time we're in Montreal.
