Best place in Montreal to eat Indian vegan and gluten free food !! Abhi was so friendly and so nice, and I spent such a good moment in Tula. This is a must try in Montreal and the best Indian food I ever tasted. Everything is very healthy, and spices are very well balanced. Thank you so much !!

Excellent restaurant! L'ambiance est exceptionnelle et le service merveilleux. Pour ceux ayant des allergies au gluten, il est possible de recevoir certains plats sans et ils prennent au sérieux la contamination croisée. Je recommande!
Absolutely amazing experience, gentleman who runs the restaurant was an absolute pleasure to deal with, offers gluten free and vegan options for his meals. Some of the best gf couscous I've ever had.
Highly recommend the hibiscus drink he serves mid summer.
The bowls are very delicious. Both the Thai bowl and Japanese inspired ones were great. I love the tempeh and tofu, but neither are super flavourful.
The bowls are huge and packed with so many different veggies. They feel very nourishing lol. The bowls are a great gluten free option.
It’s not very fast. We waited over 20 minutes to order and another 20 for food.
I also wish the BLT had some form of protein instead of coconut to replace the bacon.
What a nice restaurant! Very good negroni and great atmosphere. There was no gluten-free vegan lasagna, but our server Alfred did everything to ensure we still had a good experience. We will definitely come back. The negronis were delicious. The atmosphere is warm and the music is incredible. I recommend 100%.
Seriously it was the best gluten free pizza I have eaten. It reminded me of my trip to Italy even though it was gluten-free. It was excellent! And what about the Caesar salad which, although quite simple, was delicious.
Delicious food. The gluten free bread was also soft and delicious & prepared separately. celiac friendly. Drinks were cheap on a Saturday, too. Wait staff were very friendly. Charming decor. Would definitely visit again. Give them a try!
Always have loved falafel yoni! My go to spot in MTL. I lived by their falafel pita for years. Once I was diagnosed with celiac disease, their falafel salad became my go to. The best, hands down.
Went based on reviews and we were not disappointed. Cute and cozy little diner with a retro aesthetic. Very clean with a direct line of sight to the kitchen, which was also clean and tidy looking. Our server was super friendly and polite.
We had 2 Mimis (1 gluten free) with a lemonade and fries. The burgers were delicious! Most home made vegan patties are either too soft (and wet) or too dry. This was just right. Toppings and spicy mayo were great (super thin pickle slices were a nice touch). The fries are some of the best shoestring/julienne style we've had. Super crispy and perfectly seasoned!
Grabbed 2 milkshakes on the way out and they were awesome! Sweet, super creamy, but not heavy and sickly. Just right. They didn't skimp on the toppings either. Absolutely recommend this place! Definitely coming back next time we're in Montreal.
I had buckwheat crêpes (gluten-free) with smoked salmon. Absolutely delicious and a generous portion. OH had something brunchy, it was a huge plate but was too focused on my food to really pay much attention. Go, see for yourself. Also the homemade hot sauce OMG. They sell little jars of it too, We bought a jar to take home with us.
This place is a gem. I often go on my lunch break and order the 2 onigiri + soup. Today i stopped with my toddlers and husband. Even though they were about to close, they generously welcomed us in. We had a asian noodle and mushroom salad, a chicken kale gluten free salad, a tofu burger and a side of potato salad. It was all amazing, all of it. And the brownie was incredible. Now i’m mad because i will now be overwhelmed with great choices on my next visit. Try it.
Incredible meal, the team is extremely attentive and accommodating to gluten free dietary restrictions. Highly recommended! Their wine list and seasonal driven menu is absolutely fantastic!
A wonderful gem!! Highly recommend - great atmosphere, food, and lovely people.
The food was delicious!! Wonderful flavour, cooked well. We ordered a huge spread - different dips, salads, salmon, the lamb shank - and all of what we ordered was so, so good! One of us was vegan and another was gluten sensitive - and we had no trouble finding many options to share on the menu, without compromising or substituting ingredients.
The atmosphere feels intimate and buzzy at the same time. Great for groups as well as dates - the food is meant for sharing.
Our server took great care of us as well and made us feel so welcome. You can tell that the staff really cares here.
We will absolutely be back!
really enjoy coming here, a really nice gluten free section, and a really good iced London Fog! Its really a great place to sit, talk, and read a good book. Its also the only place we know of that serve excellent coffee AND stay open late, a huge bonus for the non-booze drinkers like us who often have nowhere to go after 6 pm!
Visiting Montreal - they make excellent coffee here - my macchiato was splendid. Even bought a bag of beans for home. Being celiac, food options were limited, but my omelette was good and GF.
Wicked undercover burger joint. Friendly bloke offered us popcorn in the way in, served a nice truffle and mushroom beef burger.
Great gluten free option on smashed potato. Normally the gfree option is half the size, this was double the size
Loved this restaurant, small with great atmosphere. Authentic greek food, they helped us order a gluten free meal as many dishes contain flour. Overall it was a good experience.
I can't believe it was my first time here! I always walk by but never go in.
My husband had a tyropita (phyllo cheese?). I have celiac so I had their kale apple salad with apple cinnamon dressing. Both were so good! Cute little place on Parc Ave and great to stop off for a quick snack if you're in the area.
Shout out to Joanna who remembered me and my kids from many, many years ago ☺️
Outstanding burgers made to order. Gluten free buns make this even more accessible. The tuna burger (The King) is to die for. The Homemade ketchup is a must with the terrific fries. Limited seating on the sidewalk or inside so consider a to go order. A must in Montreal.

Ive ordered there regularly for years since they’ve been open and I was really disappointed where they refused a combo order I made because it required no tempura and no goberge « pollock » due to celiac disease.
Even if the sushi is good, the fact they flat out said no when the next place we called (Royal Sushi) were so nice and understanding about it, just turned me right off.
Too bad because their sushi’s and poke are actually quite good.
A charming café offering a wide variety of matcha drinks and desserts, with gluten-free and vegan options. The rose matcha latte is beautifully scented with rose syrup. The sun shines brightly throughout the room, making the space warm and bright. It's the perfect place to work or chat with friends. We love the atmosphere of this café!
The meal was delicious and they handled my allergy (celiac) really well. There is even gluten-free bread! The waitress was really nice and the atmosphere was very nice and friendly.
