really enjoy coming here, a really nice gluten free section, and a really good iced London Fog! Its really a great place to sit, talk, and read a good book. Its also the only place we know of that serve excellent coffee AND stay open late, a huge bonus for the non-booze drinkers like us who often have nowhere to go after 6 pm!

I was super happy to see a nice cafe open a little later to do some writing, but they do not allow laptops after 5pm... and I was the only person inside. I have tried to work here a couple of times and the music is super hit or miss...every time I go to work it's very intense, once it was super loud Abba (!!!) and I didn't bring my headphones :') I'll give 4 star only because oat milk lattes have been good, people are nice enough and I like the gluten free carrot cake. Other gluten free stuff a bit hit or miss.. but it is nice they have several options. If you are a writer / creative / business owner / remote worker / student looking for a place to work.... this isn't it. If you come in the day definitely bring noise cancelling headphones cos the music is just all over the place and can be very loud. Definitely seems to discourage the whole vibe you'd want to chill in a cafe and do some creative stuff on computer unfortunately. Looks fun for cocktail hour.. but I'm not much a drinker haha. Hoping for a good cafe soon in Mile End for evening writing & creative sessions.
