Minelis Safe Food (cafeteria sin gluten)

I love this place. They have the best tequeños I've ever had, and they're gluten-free! And with delicious artisan cheese, all the food is delicious; you can tell it's handmade and with excellent taste. The arepas are grilled and also amazing! 🔥🔥Top!

Yesterday we went to this establishment for breakfast for the first time and the experience was unbeatable. This is a place that truly cares about ensuring that people with intolerances and allergies can eat without problems. Making many of the gluten-free recipes is quite difficult, which is why the work and effort of Minelis Safe Food is admirable. Thank you very much and we will be back!

If you like sweet coffee, you can't pass by Minelis Safe Food! Barraquito, it has a large dose of sweetness and alcohol, and the name Bon Bon does not remain indifferent to the owner (look at the proportions in the photos!). The prices of coffee are lower compared to the center, so I recommend taking a short break during the walk and going off the route to try their version of barraquito or bon bon, even out of curiosity. The service is always smiling and friendly, there is no problem to order in another language or practice Spanish with the owner. The front window is completely open so there is a slight breeze, the place is in a side street, you can get there quickly and there is no crowd of passers-by and the hustle and bustle of the street. A person with gluten intolerance ate breakfast and lasagna here, there were no stomach problems so they keep their promise of gluten-free dishes.
