Minoya(味農家)

I have celiac and went here for lunch yesterday. The food was INCREDIBLE and the atmosphere was so special. It’s a tiny restaurant, maybe 6 seats? And you need to reserve in advance. Each course was delightful and impeccably made, and you get to watch it being prepared right next to your table. I could not recommend this more highly.

We will stop by every month after a regular meeting that is held nearby. (Unfortunately, sometimes the seats are full and I can't make a reservation, so I end up crying) We carefully select seasonal vegetables to make the most of the ingredients, and the dishes, from the soup stock to the presentation, are carefully prepared and are both healthy and delicious, making you feel happy every time. I think the host's personality is reflected in his cooking. Although the shop is small, the pleasant background music plays and makes you feel relaxed. We order seasonal vegetable tempura and dashi rolled eggs for the monthly course, but we also have gluten-free and vegetarian courses, which are popular with many overseas customers. You can also enjoy homemade syrups such as ginger syrup with sours. Please note that you are in charge of everything by yourself, so we can't help but explain the dishes on paper.
