This is for the gluten-free crust only. For a $6 (!!?!) extra surcharge, I would have expected a decent gf crust. It tasted like pressed wonderbread that was undercooked in the middle and burnt at the edges. I got a margherita pizza with a few toppings added, and since their margherita has very sparse cheese, a lot of this incredibly expensive pizza was just exposed undercooked bad crust with a thin layer of tomato sauce. I left the undercooked middle behind (on a plate the server just left sitting--even after bringing us the dessert menu and check and when we left) but my stomach still hurts. What a waste of money for what was supposed to be a special night out.
Edited to add: Because Mioposto buys its regular crusts from Macrina, servers think (and our server said) the gf crust is Macrina too. But I called to confirm later, and it's actually a generic gf crust ordered by bulk food supplier Molino. Molino carries Venice Bakery brand, a bulk brand carried by Walmart and other food service delivery providers. So it feels like the $6 surcharge for something so low-quality and poorly cooked at a place that prides itself on pizza is a way to tell customers with celiac disease or other gluten sensitivities that we are not wanted.
