The food was delicious. We ate the vegetarian guatita and encocado. The adaptations of traditional dishes to vegetarians are excellent! Carmen Cecilia is a magnificent host. The complimentary chicha is delicious! A plus: in addition to being vegetarian, most of the dishes are gluten free. The patacones were on point!
