We went because we wanted to enjoy the new restaurant in town BUT, as always with celiac disease, we called to ask a couple of things (cross contamination)... Sergio not only cooks very well but also knows what to do with restrictions that everyone should have when eating... "At the moment" explains, puts you at ease, prepares you to enjoy!! 100x100 recommended!! Thank you, we will be back!!

I am intolerant to gluten, fructose and sorbitol, so for me dining out is going in fear or having a salad for dinner. But I told the cook what foods I couldn't eat and he adapted everything I wanted, it seems that he has experience in the subject of allergens.
Everything was very good, all the staff very cordial and friendly. I will definitely go again.
