I absolutely LOVE Modify food plans! They easy, convenient and the food is wonderful. I am not a big chicken eater, but the chicken is tender and very tasty. I love that all the food is gluten-free and organic! I had so many questions when I started, and their customer service is honestly the best I have ever seen, answering all questions and getting back to me in a very timely manner. and they are so flexible that you can change plans or just get the orders as often as you want and cancel whenever you want . I very highly recommend Modify!!

I loved these meals. I’ve been using them for 2 months now and each dish has been really good! As a person with gluten and dairy allergies, it was so convenient for a working woman in office. But…the packaging is horrendous. I’ve had to throw away full meals and skip lunch because I couldn’t get the plastic film off. I have picked plastic pieces out of my food multiple times and that’s just awful..being in constant fear of eating plastic. Most times I have to move the food to a plate because the container is so bent. I’ve had food spray over myself and my work kitchen because I had to pull so hard to get the plastic off. I’ve burned fingers when trying to open a small corner after microwaving. Sadly, I had to cancel my subscription but if they change the packaging, I’ll return in a heart beat!
