Moe's Original BBQ

Went to eat because we love the one in asheville, and the food was equivalent to asheville. However the sever who took our order was incredibly rude. When asking about weather an item was gluten free i was told “i would assume so” and then once I asked if she would ask the cooks she gave a look of inconvenience before going into the kitchen to ask. She re-emerged laughing and said the item was in-fact not gluten free. She proceeded to she she had no real knowledge of what gluten even was which made me feel very unsafe seeing as I have celiac disease so even traces of gluten can make me sick. Overall the food was good but the experience was very poor.

Wow!! This place is great. I have major food allergies and I found this restaurant listed as a safe place for someone with celiacs disease. It definitely was I had the turkey, with barbecue sauce, coleslaw, potato salad. I didn't have any reactions and The Taste and flavor of the food was off-the-charts amazing. I will definitely be going back. I recommend it to anyone who has celiacs over half their menu is gluten-free and I have a dedicated kitchen space the staff is also very knowledgeable.
