Wonderful gluten free pizza, wonderful and very kind staff and owners, worth a culinary stop

10th of January 2025, middle of winter, dark and -3 degrees, I was hesitant to walk outside, Friday evening we walk into the doors of Moltobuono! and I felt like I was transported to a small countryside town in Italy, with a family run restaurant, greeted with authentic “ciao bella’s” which instantly as a bald 29 year old picked up my spirits. Walked upstairs to what I would call a Italian version of mama Mia and the service of a michelin star restaurant we were greeted with the best gluten free pizza base and a large glass of wine that had the hips moving ready for a Friday night. If I was to describe the experience in one Italian saying it would be “riempimi la pancia, buonissimo.” I will be back.

Amazing quality and choice of food including vegetarian/vegan and gluten free options. Everything we ate was delicious. Lovely atmosphere, and great service! Would definitely recommend.
