Mole Mexican Kitchen

I feel like it has a nice elegant vibe. Definitely a beautiful view from the balcony with the right seating. There was a young man who immediately saw my service animal and brought her water without hesitation. He was actually really friendly! He was probably the friendliest person I encountered in there! I don't know his name he said that he owns two pitbulls himself. My waitress would have never brought her water. my waitress literally had my glass empty and I'm sitting there choking on the bitterness of the lemon that I sucked from the empty glass and there wasn't even a response to come give me more water. I am vegetarian with a gluten-free allergy and I really don't eat carbs. I feel like the few options on the menu that fit that criteria were chips or corn which is basically carb. So I ordered the beans and rice and I asked for no rice. I figured that I would receive the double portion of beans (to substitute for the rice) versus just the portion size of beans. but yet I literally received maybe a quarter cup of beans that really don't taste very good at all. They are definitely not my favorite beans. They don't taste like something I would ever order again. It was like taking beans that had been cooked in plain water and then sprinkling the powdered bouillon Cube over the top. She still charged me the amount for the beans and rice side plate. Which was $6 for basically 1/4 cup of beans. I also got the slaw, which that I can recommend. Their slaw is really good. I did expect a bowl, versus a small plate. but they literally brought me the plate size of the saucers that go under bowls. You know the spill guards? So I got the two sides which turned out to be much smaller than even an appetizer size to compensate for my home meal. and spent about $15 for two sides that were extremely small. I wouldn't mind a bowl of slaw in the future but this is definitely not going to be a go-to moving forward ever again. all of the locals that I've spoke to when I tell them I went Mole they tell me automatically how they recommend other places over this one. I can see this place solely makes money off of out-of-towners that are here on vacation. the manager had a happy voice and tone when I was leaving telling me to have a good night that was like the most Pleasant tone I received from anyone there. My server you can tell did not like her job at all she did not even want to be there. I wasn't receiving any kind of rude or attitude from her I just feel like it wasn't hospitable, if that makes sense? If I had ordered a whole entire meal off of this menu I definitely would have paid over $35 for a meal.

Delicious food! My family and I arrived on a Sunday right at opening 11am. There wasn't a wait as we were the first to arrive. Tons of food options for kids and adults. And several Gluten Free options for I have celiacs. The drinks are fantastic as well. Our waitstaff was sweet & professional. 100% recommend

Great atmosphere! For gluten free, celiac disease, there wasn’t too many options. We could only eat the tacos. Chips were deep fried and there was cross contamination with everything else on the menu.
