Mom’s Table & Shibu Ramen Kirkland

I recently had stopped in on my lunch break to grab a to-go order here and had a great experience. I asked the very kind lady at the front desk for her order recommendation and she was excited to give me details about some of their popular dishes. I went with the Tonkotsu Shoyu and was very impressed, the broth was thick and rich and the pork serving was of good size and very tender with the perfect amount of fat. Also, upon inspecting the menu I noticed that they also have a Gluten Free noodle option! This means both myself and my girlfriend can enjoy the food here, huge plus!!

We came here for dinner today and was nicely surprised by the food options. I am Gluten free and dairy free and was able to find GF ramen with a delicious GF broth. We asked for the spicy sauce which they said was homemade for 8 hours. It definitely had a lot of depth. Lovely couple who run this place were very nice as well.
