Nice little upscale eatery. The food was good, and the service was fantastic. Prompt attention was paid to everyone in our party, and the atmosphere was fabulous. The Mediterranean quinoa salad was really good, and the pommes frites were perfectly cooked. I tried the Orange Chicken, and the Rocket Shrimp appetizer, which were both good. I tried the Spring Fling cocktail, which was served in a champagne glass and was both pretty and delicious at the same time. Our server was somehow both inconspicuous and still always attentive. She had an excellent knowledge of the gluten free options for one of our party, which was much appreciated. The prices are not even close to average, but I liked everything I had and would definitely go back again.

This is a hidden gem in the Quad Cities. Their patio was well put together with heat lamps. A family member had many dietary restrictions and Monarch accommodated them all with a smile . They really went out of their way to accommodate gluten intolerance. Food wise The hummus and Rick shrimp appetizers were delicious.

I had the absolute best dinning experience thus far with Alissa b as my waitress. I’ve never had a better experience at any restaurant than here at monarch. My food was beyond excellent especially with being a coeliac. I can not wait to be back!
