Outstanding customer service in general which is saying a lot considering I believe she was a teenager. Celiac Disease friendly; I am pretty sensitive and have had their gf pizzas many times. They are the ONLY place I know of that not only cooks the GF pizzas in a different oven but has their own dedicated line of toppings JUST FOR their GF pizzas to eliminate cross contamination.
My ONLY complaint, which I'm guessing is not avoidable with it likely being due to the GF pizza "dough", but is that the bottom of the pizza just doesn't get crispy at ALL. Probably from the pan that I believe they set the pizza on to cook. If they were able to find a way to get the bottom crust crispy it would be the best GF pizza there is; and I have had hundreds of different gf pizzas.
***So management/corporate, if you can find a way to get your GF pizzas crusts crispy on the bottom, or even just cooked to where it's not "floppy" you guys would have the best GF pizza in the industry***
Tldr; great place, wonderful & well trained/knowledgeable staff (esp. w/GF options), good prices, BUT wish GF pizza crust was crispy on bottom. It's worth it, come here.
