Personally, I think the gluten-free potatoes (just uncoated) taste better and are cooked better than any of the others. It seems that every time I go to sweetgreens I have a bad experience. I keep going because I'm vegetarian, Type 1 diabetic and I have Celiac's disease. I won't go into all of the problems I've had, but this last time I ordered a salad with tofu on it and there were only 4 small chunks of tofu. These salads are pricey!!! The time before they ran out of tofu because it was close to 8 pm and they stop making tofu at 8, but this time I ordered my salad at 5:30. The staff at the Fishers location are not so friendly either.
