What a terribly experience. We get seated and sit there for 15 minutes until I go up to the hostess and ask if someone is serving that section. She finds the server than we finally get our order taken. Two orders of chicken fingers and one of their steak and shrimp specials. The chicken fingers were fine for the kids. I should have had chicken fingers also, looking back. My meal, their Surloin shrimp skewer plate with loaded baked potato. The steak was fine, the shrimp were fine, I also ordered a side of fried mushrooms which were also fine. The rest of the plate was terrible. Baked potato which was hard as a rock. I told the waiter, he proceeded to the kitchen coming back stating they didnt have any baked potatoes ready at that time. Could he offer me anything else. No really, I wanted a baked potato so I said nothing then. The plate also came with Onion rings which were a blacky muddy looking color like they fried then in motor oil. Some 22 year old manager came by and asked about the potato I was served, could he bring me something else. I said what was to be included in the special I had ordered was a baked potato. He asked if I would like garlic mashed potatoes. Sure I said. Along came 2 scoops of gluteny sad so called mashed potatoes. I cannot imagine how they get a 4.6 star rating. I guess not a lot of people know what good food should be or dont complaine when what shows up on thier plates doesnt look anywhere near what the picture on the menu looks like Can you imagine $115.56 before gratuity for 2 children and 1 adult. It is certainly a busy place lots of families but we will not be back.
