FRESH, HIGH QUALITY & what an extensive menu! Don’t sleep on the Hako Sushi. I have to say, I didn’t expect for this restaurant to stand out so much from other sushi restaurants (hence not taking a before photo for y’all), but my Husband and I both looked at each other and said it was the best sushi we’ve had, EVER! The flavor combos and how fresh everything was felt like a coastline sushi restaurant, not the center of the country in Colorado. WILL BE BACK!
