It's great that we didn't have to book a table. In this chain, it's often possible to come without a reservation. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the music is not loud. You can easily communicate. I ordered via QR code, for some reason I waited 30 minutes. I ordered poached eggs with salmon. Delicious. I enjoyed it. There is a Gluten Free menu,

My partner, dog and I were in town for a quick visit to Richmond Castle for the day and cannot fault the food or service at this venue. Staff and manager were excellent on the day and were very professional given how busy it was! Would highly recommend anyone here especially those that are have coeliac/gluten intolerance!
