This is my favorite cafe in the city. I live in Hendo and I love coming out to the Mosaic Cafe! I have a severe gluten allergy and I’m always safe eating here. Great food, great coffee, great service— All around great spot!!

Was a great spot for a weekend breakfast to-go order. I didn’t see any gluten-free bread options, but I was able to customize a Scrambler Plate to my liking which was appreciated! It came extremely hot & delicious. Next visit, I would choose the exact same breakfast. It’s not very much room up front to wait for the order, but we tried to be out of the way of other dining & standing patrons the best we could.
