Warm ambiance and absolutely delicious food. Staff was super friendly and there is a comfortable come-as-you-are energy here. All dishes were prepared with fresh, local ingredients and expert skill. This is one of the best restaurants in southeastern Sardinia - go if you are visiting Cagliari/Villasimius or anywhere near there. I had dinner with friends and all our meals were fantastic! I'm a "difficult diner" as I have loads of food issues and allergies - not a single one was a problem for any of the staff. I ate one of my best meals on my trip so far! Gluten free pros, dairy free available, vegetarian options aplenty. Thank you, Mosaico! I'll be back!

We went to this restaurant for dinner, and we were pleasantly surprised not only by the refined and tasteful decor, but also by the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Delicious dishes, top notch service, elegant plating. Everything, from the starter to the dessert, was perfect. A further note of merit is the attention paid to food intolerances and needs: almost all dishes are also cooked gluten-free, including desserts. In short, an excellent dinner, made even more pleasant by the dining room staff and their continuous - but not pressing - attentions.
