We landed on the recommendation of Marco, our campsite manager. We didn't expect such a big pizzeria. And then there was a football broadcast. 😅Very nice staff, great pizza, nice ambience, great prices, delicious wine. A perfect end to the beach day... definitely try the tiramisu. Vegetarian and gluten-free are also available ❤️

In the center of Cagliari, gluten-free pastry shop. At 09:00 in the morning the window was already empty of breakfast choices (2 cream croissants, 1 swirl with cream and chocolate and 2 grandmother's tarts). Savoury choice, a pizza with raw ham, and 3 savoury tarts. We took the croissant and the swirl: warm custard, liquid, without consistency. Caffe macchiato: practically only milk. Rude and unwelcoming service.

We came here not because we are vegan, but because I wanted gluten free pasta. I also cannot tolerate animal milk. My friend was very skeptical. But his gnocchi was very tasty. I had the spaghetti with chili. They were also very tasty, I was so happy when I received them that I forgot to take a photo. I had to wait a little longer because of the extra noodles and the food was mixed up with another table. But I noticed it straight away, was very attentive and got the right noodles. Because I had to wait a little longer, they offered me compensation (drink). Very kind thank you! We were positively surprised by the vegan food. The people were also really nice and accommodating. I would love to come back and try another vegan, gluten-free dessert. We sat outside, so I can't say much, but I think the ambience is definitely better inside. But we still wanted to enjoy the evening air.

Pleasant environment, friendly but not very present staff, I felt at home, good but not super pizza, few pizzas on the menu, all of what was asked off the menu (for example the chips on the frankfurter pizza) is charged extra. I chose this pizzeria because they do the gluten free pizza, good but there is only margherita on the menu

Very tasty pizza, good dough and fresh ingredients. Additional requests were no problem. Some pizzas are without tomato sauce, so you should be careful when ordering if you don't like it that dry. Option for gluten-free pizza or whole wheat dough, both variants were very tasty and the extra charge of €1.50 is completely ok.

We had lunch in this restaurant and the food was excellent, the mixed fried food was plentiful, varied and delicious, the spaghetti alla Marinella was equally gluten-free and finally we shared a mixed grill of fish which was truly perfect. Everything was surrounded by very crunchy bread and carasau bread seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and they also served us gluten-free bread. Truly excellent service and lovely beach location. The price was perfectly in line with everything, we left satisfied and full ☺️

On Saturday 20th April we celebrated my daughter's confirmation.❤️ We had a great time💯 excellent quality and quantity of food. Not to mention their kindness when they realized that a guest was allergic to some products (I forgot to warn them), they immediately proceeded to prepare the dishes without contamination, the same as for the celiac guest. Is the pizza good? We will never know…. But a nice €140 bill We book a table for a birthday, when ordering we communicate that one of the pizzas should have been gluten-free and we are told by the waitress that "we should have notified at least 48 hours in advance, because they didn't have the dough" Premise: we were not told to notify well in advance for a gluten-free pizza, there is this information on none of their web pages, Facebook or Instagram (I highly recommend you add it!!!!!) After this little conversation we try in every way to find solutions, can you perhaps prepare us a platter with some cured meats, mozzarella etc..? In order to make the boy eat too, we are told "absolutely not, we are not a restaurant", can the boy take gluten-free food and eat it here? “No guys, I don't think that's the case” … any request didn't go down well with the waitress, so much so that we rightly got up and left, but to top it off they wanted €140 as a deposit. Shameful for the stolen money, the rudeness of the waitress, an unexpected event can happen to anyone (both the restaurateur and the customer) but unfortunately there was no understanding and spirit to resolve the situation. I have no doubt that the girl who served us was not the owner, because an owner who is attentive to his customers and interests 😉 would never have let a table like this go away. Shameful.

Warm ambiance and absolutely delicious food. Staff was super friendly and there is a comfortable come-as-you-are energy here. All dishes were prepared with fresh, local ingredients and expert skill. This is one of the best restaurants in southeastern Sardinia - go if you are visiting Cagliari/Villasimius or anywhere near there. I had dinner with friends and all our meals were fantastic! I'm a "difficult diner" as I have loads of food issues and allergies - not a single one was a problem for any of the staff. I ate one of my best meals on my trip so far! Gluten free pros, dairy free available, vegetarian options aplenty. Thank you, Mosaico! I'll be back!

A wonderful gentleman, we talked to each other through a translator and we reached an agreement. Very good food, truly Italian atmosphere. I recommend this place with all my heart.

What can I say... Another of the many places in Cagliari run by people who improvise in this job. There were 5 of us who went, attracted by the (largely disregarded) possibility of pleasing everyone, so I will describe the various (embarrassing) aspects of some dishes: - gluten-free tagliatelle served as baby food, chopped, with the presence of sand in the seasoning fish. - slice passed off as cut and sold for 20 euros. - pasta to the requested standard without ricotta, prepared without observing this request. Re-prepared and served 20 minutes later than the other courses. -fried potatoes requested as an appetizer but served later because "it's the same" (I quote the waitress). -it was cold in the room, I asked if it was possible to keep the door closed and I was told that there was no problem... It remained wide open all evening. The basic concepts of cooking need to be reviewed. At least for the other customers, which won't be us.

Me and my partner had an amazing experience tonight, im gluten intolerant and they were extremely welcoming and made me a risotto with seafood and it was one of the nicest foods I have ever tried! My partner wanted The pasta with raw prawns but wasn’t sure about the raw prawns so the guy (never got a name unfortunately) and made it cooked for him and brought some raw prawns on the side for us to try, really good service! Would definitely go back!
