Truly a nice discovery. A rich, refined and not at all banal menu with many specialties from all over Italy. A fast service with trained, competent and kind staff. We ate an excellent chickpea soup and lampredotto accompanied by tigelle and a glass of red wine. Two positive points should be noted: having dinner inside in the cool, not a given in the sultry heat of this summer; a lot of attention to the preparation of gluten-free dishes. Well done guys, keep it up while we will come back to visit you to learn about other dishes on your menu
