Sabrina was the best waitress I’ve had! I recently learned that I have Crohn’s disease, and it’s been hard finding food out at restaurants that I’m able to eat when I can no longer digest gluten or dairy. Originally, I wanted the crispy rice, but Sabrina explained that it was fried using wheat ingredients. I was disappointed and discouraged, nearly leaving. However, Sabrina was quick to help me look at other food options. I finally ordered with confidence and enjoyed every bite of my meal. I’ve been to other sushi spots that do not cater to allergens the way this spot did. Highly recommend, and ask for Sabrina!
