We ordered takeout. Three people got Mongolian beef but one was ordered to be gluten free. They apparently didn’t think it was important to label which one was gluten free.
Not cool. Use common sense. Do better.
We ate at paperfish after a conference and it was the perfect way to end our weekend. Serious shoutout to our waiter Enzo. We had a gluten free guest and Enzo was so kind and caring ensuring the food arrived properly. He truly was such a fantastic waiter - our whole group commented on what a good experience we had. Not to mention the food was so so good!!
Recommended by a friend, and the food was delicious. I tried the red dragon sushi, volcano sushi and Singapore noodles. Loved the red dragon sushi and the noodles. The server told me they sometimes have discounts on menu items like all you can eat sushi in $30, so I would call them before hand, if you're flexible on when to go.
All items on the menu are 100% vegan. Even though many menu items have meat names, they are made with vegan substitutes. I would ask them what the substitutes are. Also, I am gluten free - there were a lot of gf options on the menu, giving me a lot to choose from.
Although it is a bit expensive, so I would visit only on special occasions.
COTE delivers an unforgettable, top-tier dining experience from start to finish. The multiservice format is incredibly well-executed—each course flows seamlessly, and every team member plays a part in making the evening special. The drinks are outstanding, the food is absolutely amazing, and the service is on another level. As someone who is dairy- and gluten-free, I was blown away by how attentive and knowledgeable the staff were. Every single server was already aware of my dietary needs and made sure everything I was served was safe and delicious. The attention to detail and genuine care they show is truly impressive. COTE is more than a meal—it’s an experience. Can’t recommend it enough!
The firecracker tofu is really delicious. For me, it is really important to have vegetarian or vegan options. My fiance is gluten-free, and they had an option for her aswell. They double-checked the ingredients to make sure the food is GF, what made the service really amazing. Liz was very friendly and kind, what made our stay more enjoyable.
Very cool restaurant but with terrible adaptation for celiacs. You could practically only eat a dish that did not have gluten. Restaurants of this level should be able to adapt practically all the food to you
Pei-Wei has always been a great choice. the food is DELICIOUS and also very affordable! there is a variety of foods to choose from like vegetarian, gluten free, you name it! Very fast service too!!
This is the best sushi experience in Miami. Fantastic food, excellent service and the vibe is great.
I love sushi and I can’t recommend this place highly enough - you won’t be disappointed!
My wife has a gluten allergy and they are extremely accommodating.
After years of wanting to visit Komodo Miami, I finally had the chance, and it did not disappoint! The ambiance and service was exceptional. We started with the edamame, which was delicious with their special sauce—definitely messy but worth it!
The spicy sushi was excellent, and the wagyu dumplings and wagyu rice were simply wonderful. The noodles were a highlight for me, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. They were gluten free for those with allergies. The Peking duck was good, but I have to say, it didn’t quite measure up to the incredible duck I had in Hong Kong.
For dessert, we tried the Vietnamese coffee cheesecake, which was a delightful end to our meal.
On the downside, I wish the tortillas for the Peking duck were thicker, as they felt a bit flimsy. The seating was quite tight, and it felt like we were sitting with the couple next to us, which made for a somewhat cramped experience. Additionally, the bathroom was out of order during our visit, which was a bit inconvenient.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I recommend checking Komodo out.
This place is dark and loud. I think overall if you want to enjoy barbecue this is a good place to go. I can't say that our waitress was the friendliest but she was okay.
I think for $58 this is a pretty steep price and then they have two more upgraded versions which I think is kind of ridiculous because it's not that much extra stuff I think that they should have a little bit lower prices and only two different options.
All the meat was good and this is really interesting for gluten-free person because almost every single sauce is gluten-free which is pretty abnormal so it is almost 100% safe to eat for celiac person which is fantastic. Being Celiac this is not something I normally get to try so this was a pretty cool experience for me but I'm not sure if I would come back here again.
The highlights were the cheese corn and the pork belly. You should definitely check this place out if you're in the area. I think this is something that everybody can go to once. Even though that the price is steep doing the all-you-can-eat option is cheaper than doing a large carte.
One thing I did not like is that they automatically put in 18% tip on your bill. I thought that was crazy. The green tea icecream was good. The garlic edamame were wet and gross.
The food is delicious and the service magnificent! Diego attended to us and was super diligent and friendly. I can't eat gluten, and they have a special Gluten-free menu and they know very well about cross contamination, so I felt very comfortable ordering. The perfect Chicken Cause, the lomo saltado (although without potatoes to avoid contamination), was spectacular and we ordered different sushi rolls, all very good.
I was so excited about this place because it is one of the few places that offers gluten free sushi. I ate here 4 times before and it was great. Today, the 5th time, I got glutened. There was fish eggs and a couple little tempura pieces on my bagel roll. Absolutely unacceptable. I will now be sick for a few days. :( sad I cant come back because I can’t trust the place to be consistent.
We wanted to change our table. They said yes, I was cold. They brought me a blanket we needed everything gluten-free. It was no problem the best service and the food was mind blowing!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I eat at Bambu Pan Asian pretty often, and it's always a great experience. This is a kosher-certified restaurant, so you can feel confident about your kosher orders — they’re even sealed for takeout. If you’re gluten-free, just ask — they’re happy to accommodate. But let me tell you, the pastrami egg roll is on another level. It’s my absolute favorite dish here — you need to try
Everything incredible as always! We had the omakase and just WOW… Our favorite Japanese in Miami ! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. Yadira was our server and we loved her. I have a gluten allergy and she was so attentive and offered GF options. Amazing experience!! Arigato gosaimasu!!
Isa was absolutely amazing! I have celiac disease and she checked to make sure everything was gluten free. I felt great after… so many options and such great service. She was so attentive and helpful :)
Amazing place, good food in affordable prices. Servers are bilingual and the staff of the kitchen is ok to make any change if is needed (For me gluten-free food). 100% recommended. Must try (Tuna & Truffle, Proteina, Mr Bombastic, Notorious and Roasted Kraken)
Food and service have been consistent and fresh. We go there when we want a light meal with no muss or fuss. They also have some menu item from the old Canton that used to be there for many years. I particularly like their Tuna poke bowl along with a hot pot of green tea. Their Pa ti is also very good. My wife likes to get a sushi roll, they are all good, and will share. Servers are very friendly. My wife is gluten free so we must be mindfully of that.
I ordered for delivery and the food was incredible! This has became my go to sushi spot, and im looking forward to going in person sometime soon. The fish is always super fresh and the food was packaged very nicely in a box. Im also allergic to gluten so i appreciate that they label everything careful and have gluten free soy sauce as well.
From my stars it seems as though I thought less of the food. Certainly not the case. First the negative, I ordered a sashimi assortment , not and appetizer but a full order. I have ordered this in NYC, NC and here is south Florida at many places and when it arrives at the table it has always been an assortment..12 to 18 prices and a wide eclectic amount. At Tanka, this is not the case, it was 6 small pieces, 2 each of Tuna, Salmon and Hamachi. That btw, is $36.00. This is absurd especially if you are familiar with sashimi orders and a fan of such. Then for a place so sophisticated they do need to expand their gluten free choices. And there is guten free soy sauce and tamari sauce they can use. This can be very beneficial.
Now other than that, the service was tops. Everyone from front to the table was very knowledgeable and very understanding as well as delightful. We had a salt and pepper calamari, gluten free flour substitute, it was excellent. Spicy shrimp on a skewer and bac choy[not sure how that is spelt] and that was very flavorful and the quantity was perfect! I will certainly go again just never order the Japanese again. I am sure there are other wonderful delights of the menu.
