The server was friendly. But my husband and I ordered all you can eat sushi, and it took quite a long time for the first helping. In fact, I had to ask at the front desk where our food was. The sushi itself was good, though it seemed room temperature, neither cold nor hot (for the "seared" pieces).
My daughter and her friends thoroughly enjoyed their hot pot meals. But it continued to take quite long for our sushi orders to appear, and there was a 2-hour limit on sushi orders. Is it on purpose that it takes forever to be served sushi orders, so that one cannot eat much sushi in that time frame? Also, our drink refills tended to take a long time as well.
I want to give this place a good rating...it's hot pot feature seems very well run, but the sushi side needs work. Also, offering more gluten-free and dairy-free options would be nice.

Excellent shabu shabu spot. My favorite in Salt Lake City. The food is always fresh, the service is great, and it’s always busy. The tonkatsu broth is delicious. They have all you can eat shabu shabu and all you can eat sushi (one or the other). They can accommodate gluten free and dairy free dietary restrictions. Try this place!
