A beautiful discovery! I celebrated my graduation here. The owners are extraordinary and very kind people, they even prepared a cake for me at the last moment (requested for lunch that same evening). The appetizers left us speechless, due to the imagination of the dishes, the presentation and their goodness! The first courses have unique and truly high-level flavours. The ingredients are excellent. The mixed grill was also enjoyed by many guests. Furthermore, the natural wines offered on the menu are one better than the other. My sister who has celiac disease was so happy to be able to eat whatever was on the menu! Well done!!! I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a nice culinary trip!

It was great, the vegan carbonara can be made gluten-free on request. I would have never expected to have such a great Italian experience in vegan and gluten-free. Recommend!!

Unfortunately, gluten-free, vegan and organic are not very common in this combination. Very tasty food, friendly service, a highlight in Monopoli.
