If you don’t put NOiAA on your itinerary if you’re a matcha lover or mindful eater… you’re missing out! Delicate pastries, thoughtful options for dietary needs (rice flour based cake, gluten-free, vegan, lactose-free options!) and the best matcha iced latte and black sesame latte in town. I've been coming here for a year—still one of my favorite spots.
