An absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to eat gluten-free in The Hague! The baked goods were delicious, there were fresh cakes, bread, rolls, fluffy croissants and much more, all really tasty. The friendly owner also gave lots of good tips on where to eat gluten-free in The Hague and the surrounding area. Thank you!

NOiAA Patisserie in Rotterdam offers an exceptional experience, especially for matcha lovers. Their matcha cakes are among the best I’ve had outside of Japan—rich, flavorful, and expertly crafted. The patisserie also specializes in gluten-free and vegan options, making it accessible to a wide range of dietary preferences. However, while their pastries are outstanding, the matcha they serve for drinking, including matcha lattes, is disappointing. It’s overly bitter, possibly due to a lower-quality matcha or improper preparation, such as incorrect water temperature. This was a letdown compared to the excellence of their baked goods. Despite this, the patisserie has a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and high-quality desserts that make it worth visiting—just maybe skip the matcha drinks.
