As someone visiting from the East Coast, I was blown away by the quality and thoughtfulness he brought to the table (literally). Every ingredient was organic and gluten-free—something that’s tough to find back home—and the entire meal felt both nourishing and indulgent. Jordan's knowledge, passion, and warmth made the experience unforgettable. He brought great energy into the kitchen, and even traveled an hour to meet us at our Airbnb! He came fully prepared with specialty tools we didn’t have on hand, and together we cooked an incredible meal—with enough leftovers to enjoy for the next couple of days. My friends and I attended Chef Jordan's plant-based cooking class for my birthday and had a blast! I personally have a passion for cooking gluten free and plant based foods and he did a great job of keeping it fun for my friends and I, while also educating us on the importance of farm to fork cooking and sustainable farming.
