THE BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA AROUND. Their gluten sensitive crust is overall amazing. Perfect chew, gorgeous bake, great flavor. There were actually bubbles in the crust. The toppings didn’t just go to the edge in a super thin crust style because this is a true Neapolitan style pizza without the gluten! The gluten free crust is also the same size as the regular crust! So even though you are paying more, you are not also getting less. I ordered takeout in person (cannot order takeout gluten free crust over the phone or online). I got the gluten sensitive margarita (fully cooked) and my partner had a regular/gluten containing pizza with fungi and sausage (par cooked and finished at home). We took home gelato as well. Overall perfect. This will be a regular spot for us from now on.

Gluten-free pizza crust so soft--literally seems to melt in your mouth. As good as we’ve had in NY. The owner showed us the GF flour they use and it is celiac DZ safe, < some # of gluten parts per million—sorry can’t recall, but I’m sure he’d be happy to show you as well. We told them it was celiac DZ and they use a special tray in their oven and separate utensils. They try harder than most places, and I think are just CYA about the term gluten-friendly. My wife gets very sick if she eats gluten and she was fine—and we’ve been there maybe 4 times since they started with this crust. Got the margherita pizza, and a lot of others. Although the others were very interesting and delicious, the margherita was the first to disappear, of course.... Salads were nice. Service was great. Tip: be sure to get a table well inside if eating on a cold night and you really love your pizza hot. We ate inside near the doors and the doors were constantly being opened, causing us to be cold, and I felt I had to eat the pizza quickly, and it still got cold—others in our party didn’t care. I’m just a freak about my pizza being really hot…
