Gluten-free pizza crust so soft--literally seems to melt in your mouth. As good as we’ve had in NY. The owner showed us the GF flour they use and it is celiac DZ safe, < some # of gluten parts per million—sorry can’t recall, but I’m sure he’d be happy to show you as well. We told them it was celiac DZ and they use a special tray in their oven and separate utensils. They try harder than most places, and I think are just CYA about the term gluten-friendly. My wife gets very sick if she eats gluten and she was fine—and we’ve been there maybe 4 times since they started with this crust.
Got the margherita pizza, and a lot of others. Although the others were very interesting and delicious, the margherita was the first to disappear, of course.... Salads were nice. Service was great.
Tip: be sure to get a table well inside if eating on a cold night and you really love your pizza hot. We ate inside near the doors and the doors were constantly being opened, causing us to be cold, and I felt I had to eat the pizza quickly, and it still got cold—others in our party didn’t care. I’m just a freak about my pizza being really hot…
