Excellent knowledge and responsibility towards gluten-free.
My girlfriend with celiac disease thought the food was excellent and wasn't sick after the meal.
The cook and the manager told us that the kitchen is not separated from products that contain gluten, but everyone takes the necessary precautions to prepare gluten-free dishes.
