Gluten-free carrot cake was AMAZINGLY AWESOMELY TASTY!
Seriously, this was moist cake with cream cheese frosting with raisins. There were some with walnuts and some without. The only bad thing was they were all cupcake sized, and it disappeared way too fast! (I probably would have eaten the whole cake if it wasn't already portioned into cupcakes!!!!)
