I have always loved Noble Hops for the food and atmosphere. In the past, you’d walk in on almost any night but especially weekends and it would be busy. People on the outside bar, dining on the patio, several tables occupied. Also, many food options and for myself and my bf in particular, gluten free option. There were a great amount to choose from AND the menu was also labeled for this which made it easy. If ordering something such as a sandwich and I decided on “no bun”, the meal was still substantial. My last visit I was there with my partner and his mom. Excited to go. It was a Saturday night and had about 5 tables total, one person at the bar. Ok, maybe a strange Saturday night. Our server was friendly but very , umm, under the influence of something z. Whatever though. She was very nice. In reviewing the menus-wow-not much of a selection anymore. OK, still trying to find something gluten free. Found a meal and ordered without a bun because there was only a few items to even order. Even WINGS are no longer gluten free! Fries nope. Anyways, still the it E ordered sounded good and my bf and I ordered it to split. When it arrived I have to say, my first thought was “this is IT (as in all)”? A small sausage, a very small plastic cup with pub cheese, a very small plastic cup with mustard, and no exaggeration, about 4 grilled onion pieces and 3-5 peppers. I asked for more onions and peppers and was brought a small plastic cup of “more”. This was very disappointing to say the least. I couldn’t figure out why things were different. I asked our server why the menu was so small and that when she told us that there were new owners. I never write reviews and when I do, it’s always to praise as not enough people do that. I had to write this. Not to complain but sincerely in hopes of it reaching the new owners for some constructive feedback. I cannot be the only one who’s has noticed these changes. Changes happen of course, however, to shrink the menus, put beer in most meals and then to not dress up or try to make a meal that was only missing a bun look appealing to a customer is truly not a good change. I would assume this is why the restaurant was so slow as well. Would absolutely love to go back but honestly won’t go out til I see menu changes. Understand it’s Noble HOPS, but to put beer in so many items is too much.

Good food, but not as many gluten free options as I remembered. Too loud and not enough food for what we paid for.

Dog friendly and dog approved patio. Pretty good food. Nice servers. Patio view and shade in the afternoon. Gluten free options a plus.
