Wow! We ordered a spectacular "Emergency Cake" for my mom's birthday, and it was a hit. A raspberry sponge base, toasted hazelnut cream, a vegan Nutella center, and a delicious dark chocolate topping. The presentation, the flavor, the decoration, and Althea's service... all 10s! We'll definitely be back. Plus, the cakes are vegan, and there are gluten-free options too—wonderful. Thank you so much!! Delicious!! ♥️

Honestly, Althea doesn't even deserve 5 stars, not even 7, not even 10.... 100 stars is what I´d give her, if Google only let me! For being the most professional cake baker, having conjured up a piece of HEAVEN alias the most amazing and tasty plant based, sugar free as well as gluten free Minnie Mouse cake, we've ever tasted! Never got a better feedback from ALL our guests! She truly is a baking rockstar, that takes her job more seriously than most people probably do, paying attention to every single detail, special request and extra wish! Her cake was the highlight of the whole birthday party, not only because it was absolutely gorgeous but because it could not have tasted any better and the BEST of ALL, it could not have been any healthier! Delicious, healthy and planet-conscious product. Recommended 100% Wide variety of vegan and gluten-free sweet products, donuts, muffins, cookies, granola, balls, cakes, alfajores and without a doubt my favorites: the bars. As if that were not enough with the sweet, it also prepares pizza bases and breads. Especially the focaccia. Personalized orders in which Althea prepares everything and with a lot of creativity. Without a doubt the best pastry shop on the island to which I always return.
