It was our first time trying the dinner menu and the truth is that we were very happy, even though it is less economical than the midday menu (obviously). As a starter we ordered some baos (gluten), small but very good. Next, we ordered the creamy rice and the raw ravioli. Both are gluten-free options and in this case the rice stood out over the ravioli since if you are not a big fan of beets, the second one is more difficult. Finally, we finished the experience with two desserts: the kinder buenos texture (gluten) and the raw vegan cheese cake (gluten-free). In this case, we would not be able to say which of the two was richer, because in our opinion, they did not lack anything. The last point, and no less important, was the treatment of the staff. Very friendly, attentive and close. They found us a table because we had made a mistake with the reservation, which we were very grateful for. Without a doubt, we will repeat again.

Absolutely Delicious Cake! We had a family event and required a gluten free, vegan and nut free cake. I spoke with Althea via WhatsApp and we agreed on a Blondie sponge cake with orange notes, special avocado and 70% choco cream, topped with fresh red berries 😍. IT WAS DIVINE!! Althea was very kind and very accommodating with our requests and the cake produced was perfect. I can’t recommend Nom Nom Bakery highly enough. Thank you, Althea.

Our favourite brunch spot in Palma, having tried a lot! The coffee was delicious, the food was amazing, the service was friendly. They had loads of knowledge about gluten allergies and offered an excellent alternative bread for their sandwiches, and their savoury waffle is made using gluten free oats.
