Nomad Pizza Princeton

The food here is excellent, and the atmosphere has a great vibe. Their pizzas and salads are especially good. The staff was super friendly too. We ordered a gluten-free pizza, and they accidentally brought out a regular one at first. Once we let them know, they quickly made it right and brought us the correct one at no extra charge. Really appreciated how they handled it.

My daughter has celiac disease and we came to Nomad since they have a gluten free option on the menu. Upon discussion with the waitress, we learned that it is in fact not gluten free because of all of the cross contamination including same prep area and throwing it raw onto the same cooking slab. Every gluten free pizza spot we have ever ordered from prepares gluten free pizzas in a completely separate area and cooks them in a gluten free pan to ensure no cross contamination. If you have celiac disease, avoid this place completely. We will not be coming back.

We, a team of about 15 people, went there for a friend's birthday in March, 2024. Parking is plentiful and we had a reservation---so we did not have to wait. We ordered several pizzas. The ambiance is great. The service is nice. The menu is quite fascinating as their pizzas are somewhat unique. Some of us are vegetarians and they had plenty of vegetarian options. They have gluten-free options though we did not order any such. We liked the taste of the pizzas that we ordered. Kids were very happy. Would happily go there again.
