Vijay was our waiter and he’s fabulous! I have celiac disease and he knows what has gluten and what doesn’t. He makes sure not to cross contaminate my food. They are super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

This is my second Noodle Wave dine in. The first was in McKinney. I was concerned the experience in Garland would not measure up. I am pleased to say each facility has its on atmosphere and decore, but I was not disappointed with the food and the service was exceptional. Our party required gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and regular diets. All were accommodated and satisfied. Can't wait to get back.
